He was also a senior vice president at Delaware Investments in Philadelphia for five years. There, he was a senior portfolio manager of tax-exempt municipal bonds in mutual funds and institutional accounts. These portfolios included national and state-specific mandates, intermediate- and long-term funds, and high-yield funds. Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. | ||
